That's gotta feel like quite the kick in the gut for Kyle. Especially considering last year. I wonder what was keeping kyle's bike bucking around and spinning the tire because it's obvious he was in a great position. But Troy outrode even Rocco today where Rocco shut the door on Troy several times.

Only 11 bikes on the Grid. This is High Dollar Factory Team racing. Of course they have to have rules to Handicap the More Powerful Overhead Cam Liquid cooled Indians, but the two brands seem to be reasonably equal with all of the restrictions.
The races do seem to come down to Rider Talent and now that the HD's have a 7, 000 RPM Limit they are not blowing up in 6 lap races.
Troy Herfoss is a very talented rider and his bike was dialed in today. Tyler O'Haire used to be one of the ones to beat now it's between Kyle Wyman Hayden Gillim and Troy Herfoss.

Pretty obvious the front row of 3 HDs had a plan to block Herfoss while slowing off the start to let Wyman through intentionally. It's clear the commentators played dumb and chose to ignore the tactic. Not sure why, it was a reasonbly fair strategy, just didn't work.

A good bet Moto America will have new rules next year to prop up H-D.

I see a rules change coming so that HD can take the championship. Even up the rules to the same cubic inches and then see what happens. No cubic inch advantage for air cooled. Max cubic inch 121 naturally aspirated.

oh wow you mean the crate motor allowed harley couldnt win? not looking good for factory harley. 5 seasons of racing and only one championship. maybe they need a 150ci motor next season and make indian run a 1960s motor hahaha. wyman, west, and the corporate boys would tell you that its only fair!!
