I have been doing this for ages.
You go to customer support live chat and say damaged item or say the posty left it and some one took it and get a full refund in one hit it's automated so no live chat and no limits.
I open a new account every time I do this so I can use a discount code and so it's not red hot
Should of keept it dark and only tell your close friends instead of publicity and likes.

There’s a way you can refund it without return even if it is above 10 you have to do the item does not work and then put only picture of the item and then confirm it and they will let u keep it and u can do this method even after u refunded it before
