Jerami Grant - Rugged Rim Protection/Super Skilled 18/19
Показать описание
Jerami Grant finished the season leading the Oklahoma City Thunder in blocked shots and 3 point field goal percentage. He finished 4th in total 3 pointers made on the team with 115, just 4 behind Russell Westbrook (while attempting 170 LESS 3’s than Russ). He also finished in the top 20 in the league in total blocks and minutes played (both 19th). He averaged career numbers across the board: 13.6 points per game while shooting 39.2% from deep and 71.0% from the line. His rebounding, steals, and minutes per game were also career-bests. The point of all it? He does a little bit of whatever his team needs in order to get W’s.
The former DeMatha man showed the ability to catch every type of pass in traffic and finish with forceful forays to the rim. He’s obviously got great instincts; it is mostly evident as a shot blocker because he beats guys to spots they’re trying to get to before violently and viciously beating up the basketball on those blocks, but he’s also a great cutter. He times those duck ins and dives and even on a team like OKC (who was starved for spacing), he found seams to slip in and create chaos. I know I’m extremely excited to see what he’ll be like playing alongside Nikola Jokic, basically the league’s biggest pure point guard, because his ability to knock down open shots, relentless rim run, and as previously discussed, his timing on those cuts is only going to be magnified by the magnificent passing of Jokic.
