Black Bean Brownies

☀BLACK BEAN BROWNIES☀
INGREDIENTS
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 eggs
2 Tbsp egg whites
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup stevia/Splenda (more or less to taste!)
1.5 tsp baking powder
5g mini dark chocolate chips (for topping), optional

PROCEDURE
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Combine all ingredients (except chips) in food processor.
3. Pour batter into 8in baking dish (mine may have been 9?) sprayed with cooking spray
4. Place chips on top
5. Bake 15-20 minutes (15 was perfect for mine)

This recipe yields 16 servings.
NUTRITION per serving (1 Brownie):
53 calories
6.6g carbs
2.8g fat
3g protein

Um these are really good! I used regular sugar (so it increased the calories to maybe like 80 per brownie) and substituted soaked chia seeds for the egg whites. I did not care for them warm from the oven but once cooled out of the fridge they are

I literally just made your brownies and they were sooo good!!! Out of the sixteen brownies, I "only" (lol) ate three and I have two left! My family seemed to like them!! I liked them a lot!! I think the next time I make them, I will add some nuts but these were awesome!! I think these would be nice as an addition to a pre/ post workout meal too!!

just made these right now and they turned out awesome! I made a couple alterations to save even more calories like using PB2 peanut butter instead of almond butter and using 8 Tbsp of egg whites instead of using whole eggs. everything still turned out fine. i took it out at 18 mins. super moist and chocolatey! thank you!

I tried it with a blender instead of a food processor !!! (the mixing period took wayyyy longer and more challenging with beans getting stuck at the bottom ) but it works 👍🏼💯 more flourless recipes pls !!

Made these but only used 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to make them dense and fudgy~ SO DELICIOUS Thank You!!

I made these brownies today and was skeptical as it was my first time using stevia and black beans for baking, but I really loved the brownies. Extremely moist and delicious!!!

I just made these and they came out pretty I wouldnt use as much cocoa powder next time, they are a bit bitter. I used peanut butter instead of almond butter and it gave it a nice taste! Great recipe! I will DEFF made these again!

I just made this recipe and it was AWESOME!! I love guilt-free desserts and you always give us great recipes and ideas of how to cheat in a clean healthy way :D Thank you thank you thank you!! btw I only used one egg and 3 egg whites, and substituted homemade peanut butter for almond butter and used less sugar and it still turned out great!!! thank you so much!!!!

Honestly I lovvvve chocolate I have made this brownies because of chocolate it’s soooo good i can’t stop eating a slice every day it helped me a lot to stop eating bad chocolate 💪🏽 thanks ❤️
