Manchester metropolitan University exclusion zone again

Sunday 26th jan parked lock for 3 days now it's getting tiring have to check if a public open spaces is open to the public mmu have a lease to use it as a public open space nothing else but mmu try to make out they own the land by signs stating we reserve the right to close this park at a moment notice. Which would be OK if they locked it for REAL reasons like a falling tree or ACTUAL risk to life. But no they lock it because they can not be bothered to support the community

They did open the park after I called them so it just shows there was no real reason to be excluding the public apart from arrogance
