Hand Made Pasta Fettuccine Drowned in a Cheese Wheel. Italian Street Food in London Camden Town

The pasta already had cheese added to it. They served it like this so that it would attract more customers. Also the cheese wheel has to be carved.He barely made a deep enough hole and just put the pasta on top. Not letting the the pasta get fully coated by the cheese. He could've added some pasta water to make it more starchy so the cheese sticks onto the pasta resulting in better tasting food and not some vendor that is trying to cut cost.
