The NHS is on its last legs because it was only ever designed to be used by those paying national insurance. It was self sustaining. But with the thousands of immigrants flooding into the country none of whom has paid in a cent but who suddenly fully qualify for every treatment imaginable and take full advantage, may have just a bit to do with its demise.

The timing around Trump’s Truth Social launch, and the 42 BILLION price tag for a failing company should be seriously cause for concern!
Just research what Musk thinks of China and some of AI projects he’s involved in. I for one will not be going back to Twatter. And all the publicity from “managed opposition” isn’t going to change my mind either! Debate me on it Nigel?
