WATCH: Nicolae Mui found guilty on all counts

A jury found Nicolae Miu guilty on all counts for killing a teen and stabbing four others on the Apple River in July of 2022.

There is no way the verdict had no reasonable doubt. The jurors gave the lesser charge and watched the video how many times. If one had any doubt that wouldn’t have taken place all they did was compromise on the verdict and I hope the judge sees and is confident that this case is one the jury got wrong. Come on judge please overturn this verdict.

Terrible. Everyone keeps looking at these teens as "victims", but they were not the victims. There were many fully grown teen boys one or two years away from adulthood who played football. They knocked him in the water and at one point it looked like they were trying to push him under. Shame on the jurors and LE, these "victims" and their parents for raising them this way. Why weren't these teens charged with underage drinking, public intoxication, harassment, assault, and why were the people who gave them alcohol not charged? All adults beware-if you or your loved ones are attacked by a pack of drunk teenage demons, you have to just sit there and take a beating or possibly death or you will end up like this man here.

The jury got it right. Miu, was acting like a vigilante. He was angry the kids were drunk & teasing him & he decided he was going to teach them a lesson. A fearful person would have backed off & gotten out of there. Miu, snuck away, ditched the knife, kept the truth of his actions from his friends and law enforcement, feigned innocence & a lack of knowledge regarding events, lied about multiple facts regarding the attack, & he started the violence. At the beginning of the trial, I thought he was just defending himself. This isn't the case. He was "boiling". A normal person who killed someone in the act of defending himself would have been emotionally destroyed. Miu, hasn't displayed any emotionality at any time other than pleasure and arrogance. Heal well, Ryhley, Dante, A.J., & Tony. RIP Isaac.

Kids should have consequences too! This day and age they just get slap on the wrist. Those kids completely escalated the situation. Wouldn't leave him alone. Calling him names of things he was not.

Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! There is NO Justice when 13 persons in the prime of thier lives - face no consequence for attacking a man past his prime - has a heart condition - basically alone - because his friends never admitted on the stand that they were too scared to step in and help defend thier friend. He was alone when he was attacked and he was alone when he fought his case. Shame on all you who that think this is Justice. Because it was not. Prayers to you Nick Miu.
