Is it weird that I actually want Peanuts anime? Not like an action shonen, but a slice of life series with a touch of magic realism. Maybe get Kyoto Animation or Shaft to animate it. I know Sanrio (creators of Hello Kitty, Gudetama and Aggretsuko) hold the Japanese rights, maybe get them involved.
