Something I really like about this version is that the vocal is raw, or very close to being raw. No overdub, no compression or reverb. It sounds like the sound the mic is picking up is being sent directly to the speakers. You can pick up the slight flaws or imperfections in her voice and breath during the verses. Which then makes that chorus with her amazing chest voice shine through even more as it sounds pretty much perfect, very well supported, zero strain, no cracking. She's right at home in this vocal range.
