P&ID is answerable for taking Nigeria(ns) for granted. BUT $250 million dollars is required to be deposited to the British Court for security, while Appeal process commence against P&ID awarded 9bn...Government must live up to expectations making sure it takes due diligence during negotiations of ALL contracts especially with international & foreign companies. Commentators suggests critically that "INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF POWER DEFICIT" appears to be operational in Nigeria by a cabals.
