1:53 I dont understand. Interest rates going up I thought would cause bond holders to sell to buy newer issued bonds with higher rates, not moving to stocks / equities which I also assumed would drop in price in an enviroment with increasing interest rates as people in stocks / equaities move to bonds which are safer and have a higher yield.

Arno, do Gov. bonds PRICES vs YIELDS move inversely correlated at the same time? Or does one of them has some "advantage" over the other forecasting and predicting prices? I put CADUSD, CA10 & CA10Y in one chart and the first who makes the move is CA10Y which moves along with 6C1 which are Canada Currency Futures, and then CADUSD follows... what do you think?

If real yields are going down, shouldn't it be better for equities?
And equities have a decent negative correlation with bullion, right?
Doesn't that concludes the contrary of what you just told?
