When I was in college, I had this feeling of being in a rush and fininsh the 4 years as fast as possible, because in my mind I was wasting precious time and years. When I found your videos and your knowledge, I now realize I was in a hurry because I thought I would drop dead at roughly 80 years of age. However, now when I study all of your knowledge, that of Robert Morse and those of many others, I don't feel that I am in a hurry, I rather take my time.

It is funny when you realize that you will most likely reach 100-120 years of age if you just eat the way you are supposed to eat. Life goes by fast, but at least you can make the most out of it with the right choices without feeling in a hurry! The sensation is uncanny and I find it hard to put it into words.

In the end Winnie The Pooh, my dearest childhood friend was right when Piglet asked:“How do you spell 'love'?" - Winnie The Pooh: "You don't spell love... you feel it!".

When you’re a teenager you think you can do anything, and you do. Your twenties are a blur. Your thirties, you raise your family, you make a little money and you think to yourself, “What happened to my twenties?” Your forties, you grow a little pot belly, you grow another chin. The music starts to get too loud. One of your old girlfriends from high school becomes a grandmother. Fifties you have a minor surgery. You’ll call it a procedure, but it’s a surgery. Sixties you have a major surgery, the music is still loud, but it doesn’t matter because you can’t hear it anyway. Seventies, you and the wife retire to Fort Lauderdale, start eating dinner at two o'clock in the afternoon, lunch around ten, breakfast the night before. And you spend most of your time wandering around malls looking for the ultimate soft yogurt and muttering “How come the kids don’t call? How come the kids don’t call?” The eighties, you’ve had a major stroke, and you end up babbling to some Jamaican nurse who your wife can’t stand but who you call mama. Any questions?

I had ugly wart-like lesions on my scalp for about a year. The dermatologist said he "didn't think" they were cancerous and were "probably" seborrheic keratoses (SKs). He said we could watch them and if they became irritative he would freeze them off (cryotherapy). Otherwise I should learn to live with them! Then I began fasting, juicing, and eating all raw. Miraculously, they just disappeared! I don't think I will ever consult a dermatologist again!

Some of the moles my doctor wanted to biopsy flaked off after I'd been eating raw for awhile (and getting much more sun!). I can never get over how day after day I'm the only person biking and laying in the sun, and how despite all the mainstream articles and reports on how sunscreen is carcinogenic, people still wear it. I'll bet that once I tell them about your brown spots, then they'll stop O_o

Regarding what you said about if dermatologist use chemo for skin cancer. It’s in a cream form like Efudex.
Applied topically. Toxic and makes horrendous scabs and wounds . Very painful. I’ve had friends use it. Nasty stuff. Sun is good but to much sun is NOT good and will cause premature aging.
