So, what are you gonna do with your time from now on?

Life is weird. Once you were 16 and having fun with your friends at school. Then you blinked and suddenly you are 26 and you are drinking a beer with your pals in a bar. But you blinked again and you are 43 and now you are playing catch with your son. You blinked one more time and you are 65 and now your body just hurts for no reason. You blinked for the last time and you are 83, life is nearly over and you can not believe it. It happened so fast. Just yesterday you were playing catch with your dad...

"When you're old and unable to do the things you could have when you were younger, you'll regret it; and regret hurts more than any break-up or failure." I am 66 years old and sadly, I can vouch for the truth of those words. Never let any opportunity pass without giving it your best shot. Don't become that old guy sitting on the park bench, consumed by regret for the things he let pass in his youth.

People say life is short but it is still the longest thing you'll ever do.

"Life is like a lit cigarette. The past is ashes, the present is burning, and the future is up in smoke. Fast as a breath; inhale exhale."

At the age of 64 I've seen how quickly life passes. Parents, siblings, and friends will pass away, and sooner or later it will be your turn. As the old saying goes: No one on their deathbed says: "I should have spent more time at the office." Stop and smell the roses while you can. If you miss out, it may be a long, long time, before you get the chance again.

Time flies when you're having fun, and all but stops when you suffer. Life is only too short for the happy ones. For those of us who struggle in vain, it is interminable.

My own father died recently aged 88, going through his old photos and getting the family home ready to go up for sale makes you realize life is so very fragile. I’m now in my late forties looking back thinking “Gosh that was quick, where did the last 30 years go?”... his death and my age has helped me make decisions about my own future and wanting to leave work by 60. Life is too short to sell my time to some company.

"they work a job they hate for 40 years just to make that extra $30, 000 a year so that they can afford a car that they only drive to work" HOLY SHIT THAT ACTUALLY HIT ME SO DEEP. THAT'S INSANE WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT.

I can tell watching this was a good decision. In the beginning it made me anxious, in the middle it made me cry, but in the end it taught me what my parents, school, professors, friends, elders, and past relationships couldn't this is a masterpiece. This- this is it- that thing that's going to change my life.

"When you leave your parent's house when you're grown up, you've already spent 95% of your time with them" 😳 That was hard! But a good reminder to keep in touch as much as possible with your old folks

Dude but if you enjoy what you study, you enjoy your job, you enjoy sleeping, you enjoy eating, you enjoy spending time in the bathroom and you enjoy playing games you still have 75% of your life left, the only things that you don't really enjoy are high school, being disabled at an old age and spending time randomly on your phone or on internet.

I am 34 and mid life crisis kills man no joke. For all the young people age 16-26 you can laugh and I forgive you for that. But life really beats the hell out of me. This life span is just make no sense. Trying to become a bread winner bust yourself 8 hours working for 30-36 years and then retired. 8 hrs sleep, 8 hrs work, the rest solving family problems like a hamster in a wheel no exit except death. Feel like I am a dark tunnel. Money could solve a lot of problems, but I wonder, are the rich people happy. It's just we are living in a losing struggle. Hope God can help me to put on smile on my family and be happy. Wasting time in schools, work, sleep and no joy or the joy is very little.
