The Third Generation Theragun Mini is smaller and lighter than the second generation device and it has a longer battery life, but it has a reduced stroke length. Overall, you're getting a pretty similar theragun mini to it's predecessor so I'm not sure if this new generation was completely justified, but I do think this generation could be a bit more appealing to a broader audience.

Hmm I just won’t bother with this version. I’m not compromising on amplitude and stall force for a tiny size reduction. I think the 2nd generation device is small enough. The only two interesting points worth considering are the travel lock and the 3 hours battery life but still, I’ll stick with the 2nd generation. Interestingly, in the UK, both the 2nd and 3rd are sold at exactly the same price (that is 175 pounds sterling). You say in the US there’s a 10 dollars price difference, not sure why that is.

These compromises on the latest Theragun devices especially the Pro Plus have been pretty disappointing. I still like the company for the most part but they really need to get back on track.

Watching your full video now haha, the stall force and stroke length change are really disappointing. I keep going over their website and they don’t cover these changes. There’s 7 reviews on their website already too when you google search but nowhere to be found on the website. I got really excited for the announcement too…

I wrote to Therabody Support. They say that the Stall force on the Mini3 is also up to 20 pounds. As the amplitude has been reduced to 10mm as this has been scientifically proven to optimize precision and smoothness and a better experience?
