Arlington National Cemetery confirmed a report was filed after former President Trump's visit, when there was reportedly an altercation with his team. The cemetery reiterated that political campaign activities, including filming, are prohibited on its grounds, particularly in Section 60, where recording is restricted.

I been to Arlington National Cemetery when I did a summer internship in Washington DC in the summer of 2005 and it was a humbling experience

Regardless of whether a family invited him or not, there are regulations in place that prohibit taking photographs or creating content. It doesn't matter whether a family gives the okay. There are rules and regulations in play, and anyone who violated them, either knowingly or unknowingly, still needs to face the consequences.
