1 Tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp clove
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste (2-3 tsp)

Tahini sauce:

1 cup yogurt
1/2-3/4 cup sesame paste
1 lemon
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste

1 white onion
Chopped parsley
Pickles
Pickled turnips
Tomatoes
French fries
4 loaves pita
