This recipe works well with 18 cm springform pan. Ingredients appear when subtitles are on. Very delicious and beautiful cake, thank you! 🥧😍

Here is her recipe 👇🏾

BASE:
Raw almonds 150g
dates 120 g
Instant coffee 5g
Coco powder 5g
Blend in food processor until texture sticks together.
Place in silicone mold
And freeze at -18C for 30 min

MIDDLE SECTION:
Soak 250 g cashew nuts with water for 5-6 hrs
After soaked, addd the hydrated nuts in blender with:
160g of coconut milk 
95g agave syrup
45g Coconut oil

Then blend it all up. Now take half the blended creme add it to a bowl, and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. The layer onto the base. Stick it back in the freezer for another 30 min.

TOP LAYER:
60g expresso coffee
10g cocoa powder
Pinch of sea salt
blend into a liquid, then add it to the frozen cake, and let it freeze for 5-6hours.

DECORATION:
Add some coco powder on top for decoration

This recipie is quite poorly made, needs to be ingredfients in description and at 2:18 it just says coffee 60ml and ccoa but doesn't show whats the cream used in the top layer..

According to the given ingredients, the top layer is just the coffee with cacao powder? Is that right? Because it looks much thicker than that.
