their regulation about multiple devices per location is the lead and the backup sensor(s) per grid cell. if you set a type 1 or type 2 sensor in a unused grid cell ( tier 1 for max rewards ) and you are constantly online sending data you become the lead sensor, anyone else after you setting a sensor in this grid cell is becoming the backup sensor with drastically reduced rewards ( max 10% of the rewards of the lead sensor ) this is their system to spread coverage evenly. not sure about type 3 and 4, i think they gonna look for ip

It's hard to pick one decentralized makes exchanging so easy and sometimes less costly. Can be great for trading and understanding, specially for a newer person into crypto. Decentralized is great, like you mentioned for everyone as a whole, but a higher level of trust and knowledge is needed to enter it. Honestly maybe the balance is both as long as they drive each other to do better the end user, the crypto community, wins.
