The key went to an unused manor that was meant to be Nazeem's. That's also why he and his wife sleep in an Inn.

I highly recommend the “Constellations - A True RPG” mod list. It makes it so much fun, somehow brings you into the game more.
It’s about 1800 mods, plus whatever you add to it but it works well, doesn’t require top of the line system either….just make sure you enable those plugins.

There is even a place in the wilderness you can go into the basement of and hear drums playing, but no quest that tells you why, just some dude who says he can hear people under his basement.
