3% salary increase for teachers. I guess that was the end game for the union crying about covid for so long. FCPS failed students so bad the failure rate skyrocketed to the point that they opted for a pass/fail instead of grades. Raise property taxes on those who are already struggling to get by so teachers can feast off this failure. Some people have no shame.
