City gets ready to clear out homeless camps

The city of Knoxville is about to clear out the homeless from camps. Officials want to provide indoors services for them.

Thank God! I took a wrong turn and ended up on Blackstock Ave the other day and that is the worst I've ever seen it. Many more tents than what you guys have pictured here. I'm glad there's a plan for these people.
