The Shelby GT500 is in its final year of production on the S550 platform from Ford. On the outside of the Heritage Edition you will find a color that dates back to 1967 which was the first year of the Shelby GT500. On the inside there are Recaros, and digital gauge display. Under the hood is a 5.2L supercharged V8 pumping out 760HP & mated to a 7-speed DCT. Is the 2022 Ford Shelby GT500 Heritage Edition the BEST Mustang ever built?

I looked at one of these (with the carbon fiber pack) at a nearby dealer. It’s gorgeous, but literally anything after second gear is into felony territory here in New England. Not to mention our potholes - hit one and that’s a $20k mistake with those carbon wheels.

Of course the dealer also wanted $80k over MSRP, but that’s beside the point 😂 Keep up the awesome work on the channel!

I have the pleasure of driving a GT500 on a track one day. I'm no race car driving but I was giving it my all. I also drove a Lamborghini Huracan and a new Corvette. My fastest lap was in the gt500

Incredible machine ….my buddy owns Evolution performance in Aston pa where they love these things ….his personal one goes 8.40 at 170 in the quarter ands it’s fully streetable ….the sound of them is amazing !!!!
