The official documentation(s; there's like a bunch of official Oracle docs that ostensibly explain different parts of the process) are absolutely horrible at explaining how to do this. With the previous video and this one, you did in like 20 minutes what half a day of the Oracle Certification Exam Guides could not.

if you find problem "Error: ORA-12541: TNS- no listener.:"
Check out your TNS Names, this must not have spaces at the left side of the ALIAS.
I have a space so get this problem. minute 3.55 no space before keyword PDBORCL
