Bobcat catches a fat Rat (finally) 🐯

This rat was drinking water for the last couple months and I was wondering if any predator would get to it in front of the camera. Now “White Tip” did it. I had to put 2 videos together to show what the rat was doing most of the nights. The video of the catch didn’t start until the bobcat jumped out.

Funny cause the rat was just sitting there waiting to be caught, and Bob was happy to oblige. 😂

Sometimes I hear people in my neighborhood worried about foxes. I tell them foxes are their best friend (unless they're rabid) because they keep the rat population under control and NO I don't live in the ghetto. If you live in a nice neighborhood near strip malls w restaurants, chances are there are rats. But where there be rats there are usually foxes and sometimes Bobcats.
