I actually thought their 2nd album was pretty decent. But I still feel that they should have never switched up their style. Had they stayed with the same "teen r&b/hip-hop" sound, they would have possibly had a longer career. Fans just couldn't "connect" with this new sound. Not only that, this song just wasn't a strong single at all. Although I liked the video.

This is a jam! The beat and melody are top tier for me. The lyrics just seem a bit awkward since they were literally growing up and expressing themselves like young men in the video. I think that’s what threw the appeal off.
