I am on my period and stressed because of my studies but that didn't stop me. I completed everything and the exercises were gentle and soothing. I feel much better :)

I’m excited to try this 21 day program! I started yesterday so I’m not on the exact schedule but I loved! Seems very calming but also effective. My abs are sore this morning but in a good way! Can’t wait to see what 21 days will bring!
