Cleaning of the new GROHE Blue Professional

Is this required first time use or replacement after use. Is is required or optional? If required it should br included. Indeed this part I am stuggling with and one of these parts show discontinued..

I accidentally initiated the cleaning presses without a cleaning filter. It is now stuck in this mode. Any ability to do a hard reset?

My screen has been reading “the cleaning takes approximately 30 min and cannot be stopped” four about 3 hours..

Never seen such a useless tuto, no written explanations, no detail on the flushing process in the end, no detail on how to manage the previous filter (replace or not?) For the price, THANKS GROHE for selling and not being concerned afterwards.
