I haven’t found many numerology videos that discuss the shadow side of a Life Path Number, so this series is dedicated to diving into the shadow side of each Life Path. This way, you can gain deeper self-awareness and learn how to work with your shadow.

I'm a life path 1. I'm 47 years old and I have spent the majority of my life compromising who I am and what I want because I have conceded to the opinions and will of others. I have dimmed my light, my energy, my will and my ideas about what is the best course of action and let others take the leadership role when they lacked vision and competence and it hurt me every time because I knew there was potential for a higher quality situation or creation. I was told throughout my childhood and most of my adult life that I am selfish and inconsiderate.
I feel like I had stronger will and rebellion and more commitment to my creativity as a teen but the last couple decades I have found it very difficult to take consistent, committed action on ideas that I know are good for others and will be fulfilling to me. It's like I'm rebelling subconsciously by being unproductive. I feel like I have dimmed my personality and my voice feels weaker. I've also gone through long depressive periods where I barely took care of myself and certainly resisted working on my innate gifts and projects. I've also been asking for permission to be myself and I'm very sensitive to criticism rather than standing strong in what I want to do.
I've been told that I'm a good kistener, I can read people's emotions quickly and I am good at empathizing and encouraging people in a comforting and motivating way.
I resinate with what you said about resenting people who freely express their anger because I have inhibited my expression of anger my whole adult life, possibly because expressing anger has caused me to feel alienated and unloved.
How do I get that fire back and move with a confident conviction that what I want to do is the best thing to do regardless of what challengers say?

I’m a one. Some of what you said resonates and some doesn’t. Hyper independence, low self worth, throat chakra issues, daddy issues: all these resonate. I wouldn’t describe myself as selfish. If anything, I’m a recovered people pleaser and it pains me to hurt others.

Well you got my number literally and figuratively. All of the shadows you mention for life path 1 were me and I recognized them at 17. I was on my way to becoming a sociopath and decided to stop it in its tracks. My therapist told me that was very rare. Im still a work in progress. The shadows that resonated profoundly at present were the relationship with my father, the way I have treated my child and my serious issues with commitment. The work will continue until I no longer walk this planet but I am determined to fix all of it and be a catalyst for positive change within my family and community. Thank you for the insight. Hello my darling. This resonates 100% and I’m learning to eliminate all of the negative shadow qualities I have in my daily conscious life in order to hopefully be closer to my mission’s calling. It’s been a long, long journey from knowing who I was when I was more natural, young and less confused by the world around me to being lost and now working back to my calling and destiny. Thank you so much for this video dear Mariya 💕🙏🏻 I am a life path 1, birth date number 1, the time of my birth sums up as 1 and I see 1s every freaking where; it's a lot 😂

The way I relate to this video is that I had almost every shadow aspect growing up and in my teens (I am 26 now ). It was only around my late teens and early 20s when I experienced so much trauma in almost all aspects of my life, be it family, career, finances and love life. I felt constricted Mariya, people suppressed me, insulted me and my self confidence dwindled. I had an especially hard time with authority figures (including my mother), it felt like they deliberately picked on me and made my life harder. I tried to kill myself multiple times. But this phase of my life lead to my spiritual awakening.

I have healed mostly all the shadow aspects that you mentioned. This phase instilled empathy, patience, resilience and inclination towards peace in me.

The challenge that remains now is to rise up again. It has become hard for me to claim my path. I have a fear of being seen, of failing and of being shamed. I am an excellent visionary but I struggle to act due to perfectionism and trauma around self confidence.

I'd heartily appreciate some nuggets of wisdom from you. Anyhoo, I am super grateful for my life and for my destiny. I know all of this is in my most highest good. I have healed before and I will rise again. I was born lionhearted and I shall fully realise it again.

Hi Mariya. I’m a life path 11/2 and I resonate with the videos for life paths 1&2…I was born on April 3, so life paths 3&4 usually resonate also. And of course videos for 11’s.
