Jamie & David Orr co-founded CoWork Tahoe in South Lake Tahoe in 2012.
They went from a 2,000-square-foot “demand validation” location to buying an 11,000-square-foot building to house their space.
They’ve recently opened a second location under the new brand Untethered - outdoor inspired workspace - about 20 minutes away, partnered with a local entrepreneur. Their offices are full and they’re filling their flex space and launching their mail program. And hosting “board meetings” on the mountain and finding time for lunch-hour snowshoe hikes.
