I'd prefer people watch the ads, as it helps us out a little. The Kickstarter was to remove the ads from the audio podcast for 2013, which we've done.

Oh okay that's good info. Not sure what the kickstarter campaign was for then because I though that was to ensure no ads get put in front of the Dice Tower video's.

Just to make it clear (unless I misread the rules myself), you can only choose ONE of each character's special powers. You can't have both their premanent AND temporary powers.

Yeah, ads already helped to create a lot of quality content on TV.. Youtube will have to evolve (or ads). This may be a paid access for some content, though i doubt adblock would be a reason of that.

I feel like Betrayal at the House on the Hill (terrible name), is more my complex tile game. I want Escape to be simple, fast and intense. I don't think I'll be getting these expansions even though they seem cool.

I'm confused @7:45 when you talk about not using the 'alternative things' in the base game but playing the base game with quests and characters... are you talking about not using the curses or something else?

Ad block could if everybody used it. It would eliminate the vast majority income for both youtube and youtube content creators. The only way Youtube can evolve is find a way not to stream if ads are blocked or become pay to play which would likely kill it or reduce it to a crawl.

if your using chrome get Adblock... you'll never have to watch an AD on youtube again.

Adblock in the long run will hurt and possibly eliminate quality content on youtube. It will suck big time when youtube goes to pay for access.
