This clip is *not* recorded in real time. I used a mod called tickratechanger which essentially slows down your game so you can react faster. However, there are still only 20 ticks in one second and I cannot place blocks any faster that in Vanilla. Therefore this is still *theoretically possible* in survival vanilla minecraft. It's just so hard no human can actually do it.
