Hi, i used this under my nose area but the wax get stuck on the skin and the hair doesn't come out why is that? Could you tell me how to use properly

It never gets my hair, the grip is loose enough and of i do it again then the skin is pulled along with a few hair

Wax strips are the worst they ruin skin and never take off enough hair. Hard wax is way better .
