Edit: I know I said 99 and the movie came out in 98. I didn't see Blade until it went to vhs and rented it from Blockbuster in 1999. Just to clarify. Ps: I own the trilogy on digital now. Got it on sale on Xbox a few months ago.

The funny things is when I saw Blade for the first time I was like 9 years old I think and didn't know this was a Vampire movie, thought it was just another average Wesley action movie so imagine my surprise when I saw the club scene and suddenly the blood bath started...blown away as a kid, now I'm 32 still get blown away!!

Just watched the first Blade two days ago and forgot how amazing it was. Simply ahead of its time.

The DJ actually played this at an illegal rave in a abandoned warehouse basement during the second year of the pandemic.
It was the first time after months for most of us and things escalated, people lost it.
One of the best nights I had.
Now it’s not only Blade but those memories that i connect to this track.

That song is Confusion by New Order. It's 10 minutes of killer techno from the 90s. 25 years later it still kills it ✊✊✊✊

This was actually one of the first electronic songs that exposed me to the techno genre, as a kid I didn't even know what this music was even called (This was the era before I was even online during the early 2000s)
I remembering having a mix CD of different songs that my older cousin gave me, I listened to that CD so much that it straight up stopped working. Then I came across XCom enforcer ost and it was just more fuel to the fire then on, I also remember being teased and laughed at in the 5th grade for listening to "Weird music"

Little did I know at the time I would eventually create electronic music myself, fulfilling my dreams

This song built a core memory for me. I still remember being 7 or 8 yrs old watching this movie with my dad and just being transfixed by the rave commotion and this song. Absolutely hypnotized
