Best asmr video I've ever seen I've got complex post traumatic stress disorder generalized anxiety disorder and depression I was also sexually harassed at a bus stop tonight by a stranger that's triggered loads of things for me this helped to ground me in the present I struggle with dissociation flashbacks anxiety panic attacks insomnia and chronic neck back and shoulder pain the reminders to look at you helped to keep me in the present moment and also it was nice to have a positive doctor experience thanks.
