And, can OSCE somewhere release a map of the impact spots they investigated, like HRW and IPHR did, with as many notes as possible, exact angles (compass and vertical), etc.? This is a grave terrorist crime and needs careful scrutiny for motive and means. We're correlating what we can, but there's a lot of gaps still ...

Correction: AFAIK OSCE decided on two main LINES that INCLUDE rebel-held towns and also gov.-held territory. Angles and distances were duly considered, I presume? And why is OSCE reticent to declare this terrorism? The checkpoint is about 400m ... from the NEAREST miss from 100 tries, spanning a km or so further off-mark, all on one side ... where the people lived. Hello? How can that be accident, from the east, when Grads are more accurate in range than distance? And there was clearly a E-SE direction, and a south direction, with impacts it seems no one was taken to. In 30 seconds, rebels in 3-5 directions jointly poured 100 misses on those poor people? Kiev's experts in terrorism are right that this was deliberate terrorism to make the terrorists look bad. I mean, make themselves look bad, or whatever. Blame Russia.
