In the eastern outskirts of Mariupol, monitors from the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine assess the 24th January shelling of the city. This extremely heavy barrage of Grad and Uragan rockets killed at least 29 civilians and one Ukrainian soldier, and left a total of 108 people wounded.
