Turmeric Banana Green Smoothie

I'm trying to incorporate more turmeric in my life for the health of my joints. Here's my 1st time trying some in my banana smoothie.

What I used:
3 cups filtered water
1tsp Turmeric
1Tbsp Chia seeds
1 dropper stevia
1/2 bag greens
2 fresh bananas
3 frozen bananas

Let me know what you think & any suggestions on how to get more of this in my life! Thank you!

Ji am trying to incorporate tumeric also. I added a tsp in a bowl of my veggie soup the other night and really did not like it at all. Thanks for this video, I may give it a try also. Thanks, Linda

Hi.. I would say that five bananas was way to much for that smoothie even though it has potassium it's also very high in sugar and even to much natural sugar is not a good thing for you especially when the bananas are ripe

Oh man, I love curry. You can add it to hummus, that's an easy way to get it in. I also mix it in a stir-fry. I don't mind the taste, but if you do, just mix other spices and herbs, and you will hardly taste it.
