This one is going to describe an atmosphere. It is going to be a noun, which means it is the same thing. Let me give an example. That way it is going to be
easier to understand. You are taking a test using a pencil. The teacher comes to you and says : “You have to write with a pen” . And you say:

It is the same thing!

Eta tozhe samaye!

It is the same exact thing. So why are you telling me to write with it with the pen
instead of a pencil?
