Feeling guilty for eating food does not sound like a good relationship to have with food. Healty eating includes eating everything in moderation. There are no guilt free food because guilt is not an ingredient.

I still think all cabin crew women and men should be given uniform that would make it easier for them to perform safety measures incase of emergency; pants, comfortable shoes, etc bcos safety is the most important thing when flying.

I can't speak for Emirates, but I know other carriers in the Gulf basically control every aspect of their stewardesses lives, including housing them and having exhaustive rules. Some woman may prefer that lifestyle, but I would have a very hard time with it.

She emphasizes the crew must correctly answer the questions, but won’t tell us what those questions typically might be. It’s grooming checks, introductions by seniors, flight info, safety, security, aviation medicine. The Purser will define responsibilities for the flight and will often ask safety related questions to ensure that each crew member is aware of what is expected in specific situations in their designated position on-board the aircraft.

I find it shocking that part of the job is to be all dolled up with red lipstick and that you can’t even show your face without it, the uniform makes sense but the lipstick, that’s just beauty standards treating women horribly for you.
No negativity to you though!

It's not normal to feel guilty only for treating yourself with chocolate

I’ve only flown Emirates twice both long haul, overseas flights and the cabin crew was amazing. They knew my name.
I was a little too excited when I got my PhD and filled out “Dr. My Name PhD” on my credit card that I used for airline miles and they called me “Dr. My Surname” lol. I don’t have the Dr/PhD on my credit card anymore. It was obnoxious, I see that now.
