Good first tutorial. It was nice to see that you started with the Why. One suggestion, show some screen shots of websites that use python based frameworks, and how it gives some cool outcome for the user of those websites. For a beginner, it is important that they relate to the use case. Also, see if you can start from a goal (building your first social network website using python) and work backwards.. each tutorial should lead to building a part of that outcome. That might get more young learners hooked into this!
