Trump's effort to replace Obamacare in disarray

President Donald Trump's key campaign pledge to repeal and replace Obamacare is in disarray. A third Republican senator has now announced she will not back the party's efforts to repeal the 2010 Affordable Care Act without a replacement. That means the Republicans have effectively lost the majority they needed just to repeal the law. Trump has told Republicans to "let Obamacare fail", saying he refuses to own it.
