Tip: If your tall and struggling to find that balance point after placing the palms right below the waist line, try leaning forward on your way down, see if your feet try to hover. Pushing up in this position can be quite hard, so push diagonally to the original palms at waist line position.

This video forgot to mention that you need to flex your core and protract your scapula for a perfect form. It's not easy to do all at once.

Yeah I got it alright, but the planche lean hold is a different story, even though I can get a nice angle and hold it for about 10 seconds, it really does kill my hands and tendons
