In the past, I used a screw that fits it and just pulled. Now I just push it in slightly and fill it in. You're hilarious, BTW. I have laughed out loud so many times watching your videos that my family thought I was losing it. Keep it up. you're helping so many people's mental health.

Dusty I work as a mechanic and although that’s a great idea, I install either the original screw a new screw 1/4” to 1/2” and pull out the plastic anchor. The screw should fit snug. I love your channel.

any screw will work You can remove them when you're backing the screw out. You just don't take the screw all the way out...twist and pull.

The best way is to get a screwdriver with a round end and beat them in about an 1/8”. Like I read earlier it makes it easier to mud over then get a small paint brush and do a rough texture. Then just sand flat depending on the texture!
