Considering the fact they only had 1 source of income and 7 children, it's amazing how put together the Weasley family is.

Another theory I have is that because Arthur was distantly related to the Blacks, he would occasionally get a few Galleons every time one of the “cool” relatives died, just like Sirius did. Obviously, it would not be a large sum, but still a bit to keep their family afloat.

I love the fact that after all these years that they could still come up with new content on a consistent basis for a story that I have read and rewatch countless times❤

Honestly, the most confusing part of the Weasleys poverty to me was always how they weren’t becoming better off as the series goes on, since first Percy gets his job and then the twins start their store.

With plentiful food and a roof over their heads, the rest is set for the Weasleys in terms of necessities.
Transportation? Floo powder, the car, Accompanied Apparition, or broomsticks.
They clearly manage about school books and other supplies (plus I'd guess ink wells can be enchanted with a replenishing spell, and quills aren't probably too expensive.)

About every one of the children also has a likely successful job. A dragon tamer/hunter, a Gringotts high risk employee, a Ministry employee in an important position, and the twins with a very successful joke shop, that actually manages to diversify their business with the protective artifacts? And then an Auror, after so, also in the joke shop, and a star Quidditch player that turned into a sports journalist, who also can roll her own on martial magic? One married the Head of Magical Law Enforcement, and the other the Minister of Magic? The Weasleys show one thing, they know their talents and passions and make their success out of them.

Also, Molly Weasley's knitting charm is basically the number one spell I'd like to have from HP. I imagine the replenishing charm would work wonders for yarn, since that stuff can get realllly pricey.

This video explanation reminds me of my life growing up. My father expressed once when I became an adult that he could have taken a promotion or worked more to get us more money and a more comfortable life, but his priorities were in having time to spend with his family. And that's what I remember most from my childhood (road trips, family outings, etc)

1 pig produces two sides of bacon which on a 200 lb pig can weigh 15 to 24 lbs each so thats 30 lbs of bacon from 1 oinker, after moisture loss from smoking. Now add 30 lbs of ham and 30 lbs of porkchops and maybe 30 lbs of pork trim that can be ground up. Thats alot of meat from 1 pig, bout 120 lbs specifically from 1. They were never gonna starve, its quite simple to live off the land. Now add chickens and possibly some fowl of some kind and a big garden, theyre golden. In my opinion thats living rich

“What a person values will affect their behavior” - awesome line and the perfect description for this video. Great job Ben! Knocked it out of the park

The function of a rubber duck is to serve as a tool for problem-solving through a process known as "rubber duck debugging." The idea is that explaining your code or problem out loud to a rubber duck, helps clarify your thoughts and reveal potential issues or solutions. By verbalizing each step of your logic, you may notice mistakes or gaps in understanding that you hadn't seen before.

this might be my favorite video you've ever made. Right down to the Philosopher's Stone Ron quote. beautiful and exactly right. I think this names why I've always loved the Weasley's just so much: it felt like my family. I grew up very financially unstable, and without Magic, if you'd believe it. But whenever we had money my dad could stretch it to make an amazing memory for us. He took me on a trip to Europe and Africa (Iceland, England, Netherlands, South Africa, Lesotho, and Boston, MA on the return journey) from Colorado and spend literally like $300 on it. He earned a Habitat for Humanity trip through his work, which was partnered with them, and they gave him like $4000 to spend and he spent about $4300 total, and gave us a ton of "layovers" that lasted a couple days. We stayed with friends in England and at the cheapest inn in Iceland he could find, and we ate at the cheapest places we could find, but I got to see the world with my dad for three weeks as an 18yo. He made the most of a good circumstance and gave me an amazing memory to hold onto of life with him. He took my entire family on a two or three week road trip (I'm one of four kids) all over the US, and we camped in tents almost the whole time to save money. But we loved that trip. I grew up not wealthy, but with just enough, and my parents made it more than enough with their love and the time and attention they poured into us.

Mrs Weasley’s skill with food in another example of why I believe the Prewitts are descendants of Helga Hufflepuff

I like the contrast between the Weasleys and the Malfoys - one family is "poor" but filled with love, the other is "rich" but lacking in any love, loyalty, or affection. Their respective endings sum up what is really valuable and important.

I love the Weasley's. They just are love. They are good people and that's what matters most. It takes Molly literally not even a second to accept Harry into the family. as far as she was concerned that was another son. Hence why she gave him her brothers watch at 17. They are his family. They are what family means. Love and comfort and warmth and a full plate of food and a cosy sweater and a slightly mismatched bonkers house that has its own charm. Molly is like the best of people.

Lets not forget the rich aunt, that gave her (shell) cottage to Bill& his wife. I am sure that wasn't the only time or expense she covered for them. She seems like the type that would do so, cause thats what family does.

I have a theory suggestion for you,
Who was the person saving Ted Tonks from being arrested???
Who ever they were must had a excellent skills and very brave
also obviously on the good side but for some reason not in the order.

One thing I've wondered is why hasn't anyone made a market of selling bags like Hermione's beaded bag, undetectable extension charm bags?

Fun fact that last line is a Bible Verse: “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭21‬ ‭ESV‬‬

The way I like to eat, I would totally be spending my free time practicing food related spells if I was a wizard. Farther solidifying the fact I should be a Hufflepuff.

this reminds me of a line in a song I once heard; "even the poorest are rich in love"
