This information is here, available, a my perfect time. I begin my studies this week! I had a follower of Christian teachings more from birth rite than anything. I left that world as a kid, and became a "new-ager." Light worker. Focused on compassion. Mostly Torah influenced light work. I think I am lucky to have found all of this in the correct time. You’re correct about it being a meditation manual.. but that’s all it is. It explains how the 231 gates were used to create the Hebrew language. Through language we “create” our reality as in we label things. We create a world of our choosing with our words. Not literally though. Just in the minds eye. That’s why it’s called the book of creation. The meditation side of things comes from the realization that language is actually a man made tool. Meditation is about emptying the mind and being present in the moment. To accomplish this you have to stop your thoughts at will. The very act of thinking is impossible without language. Therefore it is the basis of our thoughts. The book shows us that language was created. We use a man made tool to think. All thinking is is just habitual use of this tool we call language. When you see this, emptying your mind will be effortless bc it then becomes a choice of just choosing to stop our use of words (while meditating)... which inevitably results in an emptied mind. This book is extremely important..
