Fun fact! Mandragora is a scientific name for plants in the mandrake family usually described as have thick roots with leaves that sprout from the base of the blast with very little stem, they are also known hallucinogenics. Mandrakes in folklore supposedly scream so loud when they are uprooted that they will kill any living creature with its vicinity (if you’ve read or seen Harry Potter you’ll be familiar with that) so they would dig around the roots and tie the plant to a dog so that the dog would pull the root out and die while the harvester was at a safe distance and return after the “screaming” had died down. The roots were largely present in witchcraft due to their hallucinogenic properties and were made into potions and amulets.

Not sure if you wanted or needed this but whatever.

Also this is a great song and, unlike the mandragora of folklore, will not kill anyone who hears it.
