Can cats drink milk?

Most people associate cats with milk, but most cats are lactose intolerant so giving them cow's milk can actually cause significant health issues.
Milk doesn't part of necessary cat nutrition and many cats suffer stomach upsets or other related problems.

Special cat milk, goat milk, and almond milk may be safer options due to their lower lactose levels, but should be given in small amounts. Water is the best choice of drink.

They may be lactose intolerant, but not all of them. I have kittens, and I have noticed that since I have stopped cow’s milk, they have become a bit weak. They eat solid food well, and their stool is normal, but still, I feel something is off. I am giving them kitten milk replacer for a few days, but they aren’t finishing it like they used to finish cow’s milk in a day.

I searched on Google to not give milk to cats so i stopped and ordered fish biscuits to give her, its been 4-5 days, but now she refused to eat that she wants milk only 😅 so i gave 40% milk with 60% water, it that ok?

This is bs. I've had cats and farm cats since the mid 60s and they always drink milk and the only significant "health issues" is they sleep like babies.

How I see it if they enjoy it why take it away from them ?

We humans should not eat processed food yet we do, cake flower is like poison to us but yet we love cakes etc.

My point is it’s ok to give a cat a bit of milk now and again. ❤️Just not regularly it’s a great why to bond with them. There are alternatives too like tuna and meat so good for them.

But common are we going to limit our animals to eating the same old boring cat food everyday? 😓
