World Water Day is an international observance and an opportunity to learn more about water related issues, be inspired to tell others and take action to make a difference.

Tippy tap hand washing

Living Green Cameroon and volunteers move from house to house in the Cassava Farm 1 Community identifying potential household and installing Tippy taps for hand washing. The installation of Tippy taps followed up with sensitizing beneficiaries on good sanitation and hygienic behaviours for a healthy lifestyle. Our mission was to create awareness of World Water Day, and to help reduce the occurring rate of waterborne and water related diseases in this targeted community. The project was a huge success as many community members fine is very easy and exciting to use the Tippy Tap, especially children and young people. This goes to show much of difference clean water can make.
