WELL DONE. I JUST GOT THE COSTCO BLUE VERSION 2300 WATT WITH THE YAMAHA MZ80 ENGINE. LOVE IT. IF Ai POWER MADE THE 3800 WITH A YAMAHA ENGINE, I WOULD BUY IT IN NOW.

I live at almost 7, 000' elevation here in Colorado. The smaller, ~2000 watt inverters engines are just too small for this elevation as Eco mode is pretty much worthless because the engine has to work so much harder here in the thinner air. I've even seen a 2000 watt Honda not even start at 10, 000'! For me, the 3800 sized inverter with the larger engine will hopefully do the trick. I'm looking for a machine that will stay at lower rpm's unless I have a bog load on it. What kind of a load can you run on it before the rpm's really get noisy?

Can you parallel both your models? They are different wattages. If so, do you just add the starting/running watts for the use you need it for? I.E. 3800+2300=6100 starting watts? Only halfway through the video so don't know if you'll get into that lol.
