Maybe others can answer this for me. Alek I am making my way through your videos. Thank you for making them. I love you admitted that you "Made every excuse possible not to work on your Etsy store" for the first few weeks after the 26 listings. Makes you totally relatable. My question is: How automated is having an Etsy store once it is created and you start making listings? I know the more work you put into it, directly correlates to how successful you will be, but when a client orders a print on demand item linked to Printify, assuming that there is no client issues, what tasks do you need to performs as the store owner? Like I said I have been making my way through your videos and maybe this is mentioned somewhere but I want to try and do as you suggested, where I keep my current job but start a store as a side hustle to increase my annual income. Im a dad with 2 young kids and a full time job and I'm trying to decide if the amount of time necessary to just keep the store running without hug improvements to it is doable. Maybe a breakdown of how much time it takes to minimally manage the store would let me know. Or a breakdown of what tasks take a certain amount of time out of the complete time of managing the store. Agree with what Alek said. Crafty niche is a huge market. I like shop 1 idea. I like the sticker shop idea as well. I found a shop who does text only sticker and they make over 20k sales!! Damn they just use commercial font too. That’s so lucrative they don’t need tech or art skill doing text only digital download store.
